Differences between wasps and bees:

It’s very important not to confuse wasps with bees or bumblebees, as these are protected species. Bees are of significant importance, being the main pollinators on the planet, essential in the production of numerous crops and plant species. Human existence itself is closely related to this small insect. Some of the differences are:

• Bees have their bodies covered with small hairs.
• They have a smoother and shinier body with yellow and black bands.
• Females can sting repeatedly while bees die after stinging.
• They are omnivorous, while bees only feed on nectar.
• Bee nests are made of wax while wasp nests are usually made of mud, cellulose, or underground.

When it comes to repelling wasps naturally, there are several products and elements that can help keep them away.

White vinegar is another effective natural repellent against wasps. Mix equal parts water and vinegar in a spray bottle and apply it to areas where wasps are a problem.

Citronella also usually works. It is known for its effectiveness in repelling insects, including wasps.
Use citronella candles or essential oils in outdoor areas as a wasp repellent.

Similarly, peppermint oil or clove oil, due to their intense smell, repel wasps.

Mix a few drops of peppermint or clove oil with water and apply the solution to the areas where you want to keep them away.
