PERSONALIZED APPROACH + DISCRETION + QUALITY SERVICE

Personalized treatment for each client

Being a small company allows us to adapt to each client, providing proximity to understand their real needs and offering a tailored and quick response, with safe and effective work protocols. We adapt to your schedules and are discreet; we don’t have branded vans to avoid alarming your customers. We provide included advice for any health inspection.

Our clients are not numbers as with multinational or large companies; our clients are Manuel, Luis, Clara…, and they have our mobile numbers to communicate via WhatsApp for any emergency, inside or outside office hours.

We have a clear vocation for innovation and quality, always at the forefront of the environmental health sector. In fact, we are 1 of 3 Andalusian companies with CEPA Certification (Certified Professional Pest Management), based on the EN 16636 standard, specific for pest control services (TP2 General Disinfection, TP18 Insect Control, TP14 Rodent Control, TP11 Legionella, TP8 Wood Protection).

Commitment

Respect for our word and the obligation of quality and business excellence to our clients is our way of working. Providing services of the highest quality and business excellence. We don’t give up and always seek definitive solutions.

Occupational risk prevention

Gimasur prioritizes worker health and safety. To this end, compliance with regulations related to occupational risk prevention (PRL) is monitored (Law 31/1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention and Royal Decree 171/2004, coordination of business activities).

The Technical Manager holds the qualification of Senior Technician in PRL and all our workers have completed the 60-hour Basic PRL Course, to approach all work with maximum safety. We take care of your loved ones, offering total safety for children, pets, and those who frequent the treated areas.

We have 4 Preventive Resources available in case dangerous activities or processes are carried out in any of the facilities. If detected, we will proceed to act as follows:

  • Work in Confined Spaces: Understanding those places or work areas where dangerous gases may accumulate inside or an oxygen-poor atmosphere may be created. For example, cleaning and disinfecting tanks and cisterns or handling Very Toxic Biocides or Gases. During the execution of the work, a Gas Meter will measure: the concentration of oxygen (O2), methane (CH4), carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S). In case the concentrations are below or above the safety limit, we will use a Gas Ventilator/Extractor, Walkie-talkie communication, in addition to always using the best personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Work with risk of falling from height: In this case, all technicians have the necessary training in working at heights, and all work equipment necessary for Risk Prevention is used (harnesses, fall arrest devices, tripods for overhangs, etc.). They include special systems for installing temporary lifelines that allow working in dangerous areas but with guaranteed safety.
